2至3年陳釀,上市前6個月除渣。外觀是深橙粉色,細緻與閃著晶透光澤的氣泡。聞起來有紅色水果、燉草莓、香草香氣,搭配細微的異國香料香氣,以及橙子和葡萄柚果香。喝進口中,第一印象是明顯的植物和果香,後來會出現蜂蜜和薑餅的味道,證明了葡萄酒的成熟度。總體來說,會感受到橙子、紅醋栗、果味、清爽的柑橘系香氣,經典的香檳,酒體豐滿,老少皆宜。

第三代釀酒師Pierre Trichet在2015年親筆寫下了家族農場歷史的新篇章。他對祖傳的釀酒技術進行了現代化改造,並在酒標寫上“自1947年以來手工釀製香檳”,即他祖母種植葡萄園的日期。
Pierre Trichet生產的葡萄酒如同他本人的喜好: “我生產的所有葡萄酒都有她獨特的香氣,如果沒有達到我的要求,我絕不會裝瓶。我喜歡能在記憶中無法忘懷的圓潤葡萄酒。我更喜歡果味而不是礦物味,我欣賞葡萄酒像是一籃新鮮水果那樣豐盛的香氣”。
3rd generation winemaker, Pierre Trichet wrote with his own hand, in 2015, a new page in the history of the family farm. He modernizes the dressing of ancestral vintages, appropriates them by affixing his name and first name to the "Pierre Trichet" label and specifies "Champagne hand-cut since 1947", the date of the planting of the vineyard by his grandmother.
Pierre Trichet produces wines which resemble him; "All my wines have a nose. If they happened to have no flavor, I wouldn't bottle them, explains Pierre. I like round wines that stay in my memory. I prefer the fruity to the minerality, I appreciate the scents of the basket of fresh fruit ".
